Hi,
About a month ago we had got a mail from airtel saying that outstanding bill amount for a connection which was not owned by us but had almost the same account name was Rs 4000 odd.
We had spoken to your customer care personnel and after several attempts to convince them that it was not our connection, they finally told us that it was a database problem, the account does not exist and they would update the same, but now we have again received a mail saying the outstanding bill amount for the same non-existent account is Rs 2000 odd.
Please look into this issue ,also please give us the representative contacts whom we can contact in our area.
