I had changed my MTNL broadband plan from Combo UL DATA-599(512kbps) to Freedom 795 combo plan(2mbps till 10 gb) but the problem is that the 795 plan had started from december 2011 but the speed remained the same 512kbps.They sent the bill that is when i came to know the i was charged for 795 plan and was receiving the service of 599 plan ie 512kbps speed instead of 2 mbps. Now after filing a number of complaints to mtnl this they some how fixed the problem but after 2 hours the same thing 512kbps speed
again after complaining they told me that i have exceeded the 10gb mark that's why my speed is 512kbps
But they are tooooooo dumb to understand that how can i finish 10gb in just 2 hours.


So im planing to file a complaint in the consumer court,so i need help on what all things in need to take with me like bill etc for this to file the complaint
