    Default Tata photon plus consumer court complaint

    hi i want to lodge a consumer complaint against Tata photon service,
    my photon number is 9235251622 i purchased the device august 2011,
    and lodged a complaint in september 2011 regarding the pathetic network coverage.
    despite of numerous calls and mails...i received no reponse from these people...
    this is utter harasment...
    i called in today i.e. 17.1.2012 asking about the status of my complaint
    and they said "sir pls wait for some time we dont have network boosters in stock we will get it done as soon as we get it in stock"
    i received the same statement in october 2011

    this is the heights of my patience its been almost 6 months an still no response from these highly irresponsible goons
    i need all the money back that i paid as the monthly bill,the price of the device and a written appology letter from tata services.

    Exclamation tataphoton plus worest service and sent me notice

    Hi,
    I am lalit. I have tataphoton plus postpaid internet connection with account no909121898 and telephone no 9246982493.i requested to change my plan with another and same has been confirmed by one of tatatele customer service officer in mail (i have a copy of that). Mail says to visit tata outlet to change plan.but even after vising n requesting number of times to outlet n then custermer service.they deny to change the plan giving excuse plan cannot be change.n aftr i frusted calling then n reqching i stopd to pay next month bill stating first change my plan and i will pay my bill immediate after that. But after almost 3-4 month they keep callong me for bill(everytime informed then about the issue.but no one turnedup. And now i have received legal notive for bill payment woth some extra chares from one of local advocate. I request kindly do the neeful aand reaolve the isse.

    Hi,
    after repeatedly requesting many times to change my plan when i did not here anything from your end. then only i stopped making payment. even after i have received bill for the month of sep 2011 bill date 05/10/2011. when there is no active service and no data usege. Please clarify me how my bill got generated when my services has been disconnectedin first week of september only.
    Request you to kindly check once again and send me modified bill and change my plan as requested. i will make the payment if necessory modifications has been done on bill and my plan gets changed as per my requirement.

    Angry Tata Photon plus worst service

    hi, I am Ajeet shrivastava , recently I bought photon + device and I found it is worst and just waste of money. They told that its downloading speed upto 3.1mbps and I am getting 3kbps even less then my mobile modem. First day faced connectivity problem customer care persons are there only to make fool the customer. They even don't have any idea about the issue as I was getting PPP link error during connection. When I asked him they didn't give me any proper solution then I self searched in internet and found some solution to do connectivity and its speed is worst. Please guys never buy this device.Poor service, Poor quality and wastage of money.

    Hello. My name is ajay. and i using my tata proton+ since 1.5 year.... and i changed the plan i'm just getting only 20kbps speed. My plan was 1000 rs. (5gb with 3.1mbps and after that low speed).. but never get 5gb free...
    I complain in customer care , and they said they ll send their agent to check ye problem.. its been 20 days no one come yet....

    and now i want to file a complain against TATA proton...
    My proton no. is 9251406194 And my email id is ajay.rathore37@gmail.com

    hi,
    i got a new tata photon connection on 18 april 2012 with additional free usuage of RS1900,Got it confirmed from the outlet.then i get a call from the customer care asking me to pay the bill,when i have free usuage then why shld i pay the bill.my photon no is 9246218695.plz take necessary action.

    Default complaint agaist tata photon plus

    hi my name is ketan wadhwa and my tata photon no. is 980221115,
    i purchased tata photon plus while i was studing in panchkula,
    after that i shifted to ludhiana and i was not able to locate the nearest bill payout
    store near my residence,tata executive called me for outstanding payment i requested
    them to collect the bill from my location by giving me full and final recipt for my payment,
    but one camed for the same inspite of my repeated request.
    and one day i recived a call that they had filed a complaint against me for non payment
    of outstanding bill.

    they are harassing me for a nominal amount of 1200,which i,m still ready to pay.
