Hi,

I have requested for the deactivation of 3G internet services from Vodafone on Dec-14th-2011. even after the service deactivation, tey charged me 3G service rates for browsing. Now my oustanding bill for internet usage is 1729. Which i supposed pay, also i have raised request to activate 2G services. But they have not activated 2G service. When i called to customer care didnt get proper response also.

Also, now they are demanding me to pay the bill or else they will disconnect my mobile service.
