Am a reliance bradband customer for past three years with datacard number (9345935674). I purchased this data card in Relaince communications in Kavundampalayam (coimbatore dist). Contact number : 04223299868.For that data card the billing date is from 18th of one month to 17th of next month. I used to get the bill to my home residence for all three years i had no lagging payments ever. In this scenario i terminated the broadband connection on sept20th 2011 as i purchased another reliance netconnect datacard with advance rental scheme (datacard no: 9380112662) on the same day ie..20th sept 2011 in the same Reliance communications Kavundampalayam office through their executive Mr.Manesh and he made door delivery to my house. I disconnected the old datacard because i was informed by reliance communications that i cannot change to the scheme i wanted with the existing datacard, so they advised me to disconnect and get a new datacard.So as per their advice i payed my bill upto date (ie. my bill amount from aug18th to sept 17th was 1212Rs. along with that i payed extra 180Rs for three days in sept 18th to 20th and made total payment of Rs.1392. I have filled the data card disconnection request form and gave it to the executive who came to my house to deliver new datacard. So from sept20th onwards i was not using my old datacard with no (9345935674) and was using only my new data card (9380112662). So from that point of time i was not receiving any bills for my old datacard. for the next three months so i thought my termination request has been fulfilled..in due course i have forgot where i have kept my copy of termination request form copy.

But on January 10th i have received a letter from Reliance communications cluster lead Mr.sankar to pay the bill for my disconnected reliance datacard for Rs.3133 for which i asked termination and purchased a new card. After this issue i contacted reliance communication kavundampalayam office and i have been informed by them as they have also forwarded my termination request. but they do not have any backup copy. They are giving me all sort of explanation as the person looking after the termination request forward has quit the job and now they cant search for it. I have in formed all these details to Mr.Sankar cluster lead. but till now i have not got any proper reply.
Realiance communications can check all the details given by me regarding my last bill payment, and i have not used my old datacard after i gave termination request and also i have only used my new datacard after set20th 2011.

Due to all internal process error in Reliance communication i have been in lot of mental torture and also i have taken half day leave to my office to meet Mr.Sankar and also reliance communication office at kavundampalayam. But still i have not received any valid response from them.

The solution given by reliance communication kavundampalayam is they ask to me to continue the old datacard with monthly Rs350 scheme for next 2 or 3 months so that they get Rs3133 waiver. i dont feel this as valid solution as i already use another reliance datacard.

So i request you to kindly look in to this issue and provide me a solution as there is no mistakes on my side apart from i dont have the termination request copy and its also already three months over from that point of time.But three points i want to confirm..
1.I have made payment uptodate before termination.. if am not asked termination i would not have made payment for extra three days in september 2011.
2.On the same date i have purchased new data card (9380112662) and am using only that till now..
3.Till this point of time i have not used my old data card..as accordingly i disconnected it on sept 20th..
