    Default Tataphoton excess

    Sir


    I hold the following account no with tataphoton and the issues is detailed below. i wish i could sue the company and claim damages, For now i simply want to resolve this and come out without paying a penny, because there is no fault of mine.

    tataphoton account no: 908244384
    taphoton telephone no: 9246358569

    I misplace the photon and to avoid undue billings i had requested them to cancel my photon connection, they wanted me to pay the bills and and make a full and final settlement and then they will process my request. below agency/executive collected the due and took some signature and said it is done.
    please note the bill paid also included the interim bill of 600 oct14-25th oct (600 rs). plus regular bills for the month of Aug- September (1488 rs) and September- October (1589 rs).

    Post the above developments stangly I get the call to make bill payment of 600 and now itseems my due is 2200, and there is a below mail, you dial the below number and check if somebody really responds, a company like tatatel making such lapses is a shame!

    what does the below mail mean, is it intution. below mail is a reply to cancellation request and i have obliged to it and made the payments.
