Dear Mr Anil ,

I have purchased a new reliance net connection of 549 combo plan and submit the cheque of Rs1149 on dt 10 06 2012 the collection boy given the assurance that the connection will be install and star up to 12 06 2012 but after 12 06 2012 so many time i call to the reliance office no 01203058635 to mr rahul till 12 06 2012 Rahul has attend the phone and every time he has given assurance that connection will be start tomorrow , but its great surprise that till now that tomorrow for which Mr Rahul has given assurance to me for installation of my connection never come just like the Great Rawan has said in ramayan that he will make ladder for Heaven on tomorrow but that tomorrow didnt come in Rawan Life , So may i think is this will happened with reliance comp also , at the end comp will closed and i cant get the facility of that connection , now i am thinking that if i give that amount Rs 1148 / to any begger he will certainly thank to me but reliance comp Employer doesnt try to pick the phone also Daily i am called so many time but nobody bother to pick the phone , and by chance If any one has pick the phone he simply give one line that the concern person is not ion seat when and where he will come we will call back to you , but till to day that call i cant recieved till date 15 06 2012 , i also dont know that will my this mail do some work or not because yesterday i also send mail to reliance customer care but till now i didnt get any response for that.
