    Default Reliance Broadband - Irresponsible customer care

    I have a complaint against Reliance Netconnect customer care. Netconnect#:9390768936

    I have have taken a Internet broadband connection on 31-May-2011 from Reliance WebWorld, BanjaraHills.
    The service is for 4 month advance rental package for Rs 1700. (June - Oct 2011)

    Have a very bad experience with the service as well as the unresponsivenes of the customer care.
    1. The package sold has loop holes, which are not informed to customers at the time of purchase.(duration of service, disconnection clause, service after duration of the package)
    1.1 even if service is not provided, the period of service is not extended
    1.2 immediately after the package expiry, I will need to pay one-time charges of 1500 + taxes and monthly rental of 1099 + taxes
    2. Before the service is discontinued, why is it not informed?(custcare, thought it was not advance rental hence disconnected the service)
    3. If the services to my connection were discontinued, why am I asked to pay the rental for said period?

    4. After the Expiry of package, a new package was automatically applied without being informed.
    5. The package involves a monthly rental and advance amount.
    6. By December the accumulated amount is Rs. 3000 + for the service I have not opted for and is being imposed on me, the package I had bought is for Rs. 1700.
    7. There is no response from customer service on this.
    8. A collection agent turns up at house and warns of court case if the amount is not paid.
    9. Email to nodal officer does not help.
    Its really a shame that one of the companies under Reliance group has such a pathetic level of customer service/communication.
    I hope this complaint is sufficient for getting my issue resolved.
