    Dear Sir,

    I am extremely sorry to say that I am deeply disheartened by the false practices of Reliance Communications. I had used Reliance Communications' wireless broadband service, Reliance Netconnect (Relationship No. : 5000011695280000001) for a period of about three months. Intiially for about 5 days the service was as expected. I even advised many of my friends to opt for the same service, most of whom opted for it. After a week the speed suddenly dipped to all time low and the customer service was unable resolve the matter. During the interim, I used the service, I paid the bills on time and never delayed paying any bill. Due to these issues i decided to discontinue the services and indicated the same to the customer care over a call. This was when your they started showing their true colors. I am sorry to say this but Reliance Communication' Customer Care is one of the most rude and uncooperative customer care that I have ever encountered. Initially, they didn't respond to my repeated disconnection requests in order to drag the service on. I didn't use a single byte of data after the request. During this interim I made multiple request to disconnect the service either at the office or to the customer care. But they kept piling up the fake bill.

    I also got a threat/extortion calls from the Reliance Communications representatives seeking recovery of an extra fake lump-sum amount of 1678 INR. I stated them the same and asked them for explanation and details to which they couldn't respond sanely. On the contrary, the frequency of threat calls increased drastically, without any sane explanation. When I was not available on call, they even threatened my sick father, who has acute hypertension and who has been very fragile for last few years. In spite of all this, I didn't approach the consumer court against punitive damages against mental harassment and torture considering the reputation and goodwill of Reliance Communication (which think is no longer the case considering the complaints filed against Reliance Comm on these forums) . The calls haven't stopped till date and have become even more acerbic and come even during the night hours. I am sure these practices are followed since there is no legal standing here.

    I have now lost all my patience and cannot tolerate this insolence anymore. I am not willing to take any further risk and want to press the issue legally as permissible by the law. I would also like to tell you that this is not a question of paying some 1500 rupees, but it's a question of ethics and a fight against fraud and duplicity of Reliance Communications. I would like to implore the concerned authorities to take the necessary action at the earliest possible so that my ordeal ends once and for all. I am also ready to face the court if it comes to that and press damages against them, including the advocate in question keeping the local media and newspapers in loop. I will do my best to keep Reliance out of business using various channels including local media, blog and website starting with this post.
