my complaint number is 380100,on airtel internet pack.yesterday13/1/2012 i recharged with 98re for 1.24 gb internet plan in my airterl nomber 9547865654.i was sent 4 to 6 emails and 8 songs are downloaded,in this morning i checkd the internet balance,*123*10#. airtel deduction 500mb ? how can it possible..its happen only in airtel..then i call the customer care.uff first the customer care executives,three times they egnore my problem,then last their senior supervisor says this is net accescing fault.but their r no details.is this possible ? i say to all customer care please they do their work sinserly.

sir i want to know the details about my deduction or mischarged on 13/1/2012 to 14/1/2012 gprs on airtel.
