I have acquired new internet & telephone connection on December 22, 2011 but unfortunately it is non functional since its acquisition. I have registered several complain regarding signal problem, connectivity issue, router problem, etc. but the results are negative. Concerned service engineers are closing complain without visiting site. It seems either they are not interested to resolve the issue or airtel is not providing after sell service. During trouble shooting, I learned that the problem is due to modem/router which was provided by airtel at additional cost. As service, customer care and vendors are outsourced by Airtel, they are least interested to understand and resolve the issue. I am really disappointed and also submitted request for termination of aforesaid connection with immediate effect. However there is no response for the same. Could you suggest path forward for the issue.
