    Default MTS Mblaze Data card worst speed

    Hi

    I have MTS MBLAZE number 9136244841.From day one I purcahsed it and subsequesnt three recharges of 999/-,999/- and 1199/- I have not received the promised speed of UPTO 3.1 Mbps.every time I am getting a slow speed of 2kbps-100 kbps only.mts CCE have registered a complaint no.jan/723 but no action.

    on my cmplaint and written legal talk,The MTS nodal officer Mr Abhishek das gupta , has insisted me that If i like to proceed a legal suit than i am free to do so but company cant provide the speed more than the current one.please any one want to help me in getting a legal actin than can reply.

    Angry MTS guy by name Umashankar verma took 600 rs

    Last Sunday, I saw a promotion going from mts saying they are giving a mts data card for 99 which was actually 999. However all the customers who took this were required to do a 500 rupee recharge. Hence I went ahead and took this offer and paid the mts guy( umashankar verma) a total of 600 and was promised that the activation and recharge will happen within 2 hours..its been more than 48 hours and the recharge hasnt happened and mr verma isnt recieving any of my calls. This is completely fraud. When I call customer care, I was told they havent recieved any of my documents but I submitted all the documents to mr verma. This incident happened in the flea market in ishanya mall in pune on 15th january 2012.
    The phone number for mr verma which keeps ringing all the time is 9665531827.

    Please helpppp..!!!!
