Dear Sir,

I used to recharge my cell Phone on RechargeitNow website. I made 2 (two) transactions on 10th December 2011 ( 444 Rs. Each). And both of my transactions were failed. I waited for 10 Days after filing a complaint. After 10th Day, i initiated an Escalation for both the Transactions. Its been 5 days now but i did not got any response for the Escalation neither i got my money back..


Kindly do the needful and help me to get my money back asap.
