Dear Sirs,i m a vodafone customer my number is 91 9896216241 in last 3 november i recharged with 98 Rs for Internet (Internet pack for 30 dayz with 2 gb space) after that i am not able to use internet .. then i called to 198 then requested my internet is not working. then gprs helpline or gprs technical person ask me for settings.. then we do manually settings aroud 3 times.. after that still i wasnt able to use intrnet..then docket number again and again.. after 4-5 days then blacklist my number like i m not able to call at 198. then i called to Nodel officer but He too cant pickup my call... then applet authority same results i gt.. no one receive my call.. and at end on 14th i called to nodel officer.. He picked up my call and we talked abt my problem.. then He was saying in 2 dayz we resolve ur prob. but results are same no one listen .. then i called to applet on 16th ... by chance He picked my call. i told about my probs.. then after sumtime in the evening i gt a call from technical departmnt of vodafone.. after sumtime my probs is solved.. now .. after 3rd december 2011 they gona deducted my balance... and after sum dayz when i make call to 198 abt my balance they simple rejected twice my call then i again make call to 198 then juz simply told me sir we are not able to lauge a complaint from ur side... b'coz ur prob is not geniun.. now please tell me .. what i do .. how i gt my balace... they even can't listen me .. what can i do now ... ???
