I am Dr. S Kantawala, my tata docomo number is 8866851694. I am using the Rs 48 2 GB plan. However, on 26th Dec, at night when I was downloading my whole balance was wiped clean to zero. I recharged again the following day for Rs 20, and the same thing happened.
I called up 121 to know the last 5 deductions, but the Rs 16 and Rs 15 I had lost were not specified in those deductions.
I want to know whether is this a new scheme Tata Docomo, has invented to cheat customers.
I definitely want an explanation to these deductions, else I will take stern action.
