    Hope you're fine and fully enjoyed Christmas. With Reference to my Very first email to you at 19th November, and re- 20th December, and the complaint vide docket number 290776227, i've been forced again to write here.

    This is just a Flashback to remind you about the whole Story :-

    << I've subscribed the TATA PHOTON PLUS few months back( 4th July) this year. Before subscribing it, i've been assured that the service, network and speed of tata photon plus in my location was exceptional as well as incredible by your officials and tata photon customer care support. So, i purchased it by 1800 INR. my Account Details 938380735 and 270506785. (I really dont know which one is account no and which one is Tata photon plus No. above)

    And since then the Scam being into Act, till today. The authority said that it will be activated within 24 hours after subscription but it was continuously dead for 3 Days. I log the Complaint at Toll free no and after 3 days,12 hours the connection has been activated for 5 minutes.

    And Since then, i was not been able to use it. I've tired and frustrated by loging complaint at customer care with no results so,Finally i ask the local tata photon dealer to fix my problem. after 1 week of subscription, and 5 minutes of internet usage, two local person wearing CHAPPAL comes to my office. They clear PREFETCH, COOKIES, TEMP FILES etc, INSTALL, UN-INSTALL the Device more then 3 times, Restart my MAIN SERVER ( HOSPITAL BILLING, MANAGEMENT and ACCOUNTS) several times but unable to sort-out the problem. Finally, They Told me that "We were unable to fix your problem. Our JE of TATA PHOTON will visit you and He'll fix it instantly".. and gone disappeared for one week.

    Finally, One Handsome JE with Highly equipped LAPTOP arrived after 15 Days( I've Purchased BSNL EVDO CDMA Modem in the mean time which is working excellent till now) in my office. He took the device and do all possible mean to connect and fix the issue but he failed to do anything good. After 45 minutes of R&D, he request me to give the PHOTON DEVICE to him for 2 days and he promised me that he'll be back with Solution. I permit him by saying " Please dont bring the Device until it was fixed..and since, i've got another internet service i'm no more interested to use this exceptional PHOT...ON." He Said "OK..I'll fix it for sure .. just be easy".

    Finally, I've make a call to the JE after 3 Days of Waiting. He comes along with the device after 5 Days and told me "The Device is ok..probably, its not my job. Its a NETWORK ENGINEER'S job and 2 NETWORK ENGINEER will visit you shortly to fix the issue". He put the Device into my office Desk and Run Away.

    In the mean time, i've request the CONSUMER SUPPORT DESK to deactivated the photon services and i'm no more interested to use it. They assured me that the connection will be deactivated within next 72 hours.

    I haven't seen any phone call, Customer support(local), the 2 NETWORK ENGINEERS, etc.. My 1800/- RS gone Wasted. But on November 1st week, I've received a letter from tata photon to PAY rupees 2010 otherwise they'll take help of ADVOCATE @#$%^^@ and i have to go to Jail for it. I immediately write to the Nodal Officer( you) but you ignore my email. I finally write to customer support and they assured me to fix the issue within 72 hours this week( december 27). I havent got any calls, any followups and on december 27, i got an email :-

    "Dear Mr/Ms DIGANTA,

    Greetings from Tata Indicom!

    Thank you for using our services.

    This is with reference to your request regarding the cancellation and refund of your Tata Indicom Number.

    We would like to inform you that your complaint vide docket number 290776227 has been closed on 27-DEC-11

    Hope you are satisfied with the resolution provided

    For any assistance please feel free to call us at 121 our 24x7 Customer Care toll-free number from any Tata Indicom phone. We are also accessible from non Tata Indicom phones on 9207000121.

    Our Photon customers can get in touch with us on 1800-266-121(Toll free).We shall be glad to be of assistance.

    They have closed my complaint without any followup, no phone call without my knowledge. How come they closed my complaint without talking to me ????

    So, Mr. Nodal Officer, Can you please clarify me For what i have to pay the 2010/-?? Just Clarify me with a strong logic by considering all the story above and i'm willing to Pay TIP and SERVICING CHARGES to your Handsome JE and the 2 local engineers who visited my office ages ago.

    Please note that i have a very busy work schedule ( 15 x 7 ) and i really don't have time to look after this kind of crazy Crap TATATEL is doing.

    Please Fix the issue from your side and Discontinue it as i already have a broadband as well as BSNL data card connection to access internet and also, PLEASE NOTE THAT I"M NOT GOING TO PAY TATATEL EVEN A SINGLE RUPEE FOR THE MESS YOU PEOPLE HAVE DONE. Its your Fault..Not mine..and there is no logic to pay for the services which i haven't got since beginning.

    Please don't go offended with my words if it hurts you. I'm a very understanding Person to work with. Your man have forced me to write like this here.
