    Angry Worst complaint handling & Unethical billing

    Dear All DOCOMO 3G net users,

    I am very much frustated to say about my long story about how customer issues take care in Tata docomo service center.
    Shotly,I complained to C.care exe 2nd time regarding my connection problem.I got complaint number 275698429 & got assurance to get solved withing 48 hours.

    As i needed net very urgent at my late night works,i called several time to C.care & followed their instruction like sending snap shot of problm & my Ip number,uninstalling internet explorer & trying with google chrome etc etc.till no service person from DOCOMO came to my place to ask my problem. But nothing worked out at the end.this story lasts for allmost 25 days and my bill generated.
    Now, Without getting support from C.care & solution,how can i pay my one month bill?? So, i stopped making payment & my connection got disablled.
    And then i raised complaint number3rd:for my billing issue & old connection problem.
    Now service man came & resolved my problem with his SIM card & his device.(As my device discoonected),i asked him about my 2nd complaint status & got confirmed that that is still pending.
    and to get full profile details about my connection problem he said me to pay bill to activate my connetion.

    No my question:Without solving my problem how can i pay the bill for that particular month?? and due to this i have to pay unnecsaarily 2 month extra fine also.
    I mailed all details to Some senior offiecrs in C.service dept still no reply....
    Now i am alone struggling this problem against such mighty serivec providers & sometimes i think Somewhere ethics & loyalty will win.
    Lets see....
