    Default Tata Photon Plus Connection Disconnected

    This is to bring to your notice that I have taken a Tata Photon Connection recently and used for one or two days and it got disconnected. I called the customer care to check the reason for disconnection found that it was due to address verification.

    I will bring here some points to your notice,

    A verification agent called me and I was in office explained him about the address he repeatedly called me to come and accompany him for verification and said he will put remarks as address not found the agent was knowing only kannada language and I don’t know very little kannada.

    After knowing this I raised a complaint with customer care (TKT No 291113839) and I was promised that connection will be reactivated by 26th Dec2011 so calledup today to check the status and found that your executives has closed the TKT with comments that they were unable to reach me. Bring few points here for you.
    No Executive from Tataphton tried to reach me ever they falsely closed the complaint.

    If you can see this TKT I called everyday to customer care to find the update on this TKT and your executives never tried to reach me and every day I got promised that it will be activated by 26th.
    If I am calling every day to customer care to check a status that means nobody tried to reach me.
    The TKT closed by giving false information.

    Opened a New TKT again today (26-Dec-11) TKT # 291501859.

    I am feeling like cheated by the company and it causing me a mental harassment.

    Default Tata Photon Plus getting disconnect

    Hi,

    This is to bring to your notice that I have taken a Tata Photon
    Connection on 01-Feb-2012 and since then trying to use the internet.
    But the internet is getting disconnected after every few mins. When I
    had taken this device, the sales person had committed me that if I
    face a problems in connectivity he will take back the device and
    refund my amount. But now when I am trying to reach that person(Sachin
    Sawant), he is not picking up my call. His number is +919011067734. I
    even tried calling his office number is +912032601588, but I am not
    getting any response from this number as well. I have one more
    alternate number (+918744023400) where I tried calling but now this
    number is switched off. This is the number from where I had received
    the call initially. The name of the girl was Diksha.

    My tata phonon plus number is 9225129013

    Kindly do needful so that I can continue using Tata Photon Services.

    Please look into the issue ASAP.

    My Sister taken new TATA PHOTON connection from Royal Teleservices (Bibwewadi, Pune) with Rs.1000/- recharge (3GB pack 1 year validity) 3 weeks back. After 3 weeks it got disconnected suddenly. I called to customer care to resolve it. Their reply shocked me.
    First shock is connection is not in my sister name (I personally submitted documents for new connection and sister signed the application). I am 120% sure on correctness of documents. How come connection registered in different name i.e. also in MALE name?
    Second shock is balance got zero. Myself using postpaid connection from last 4 years and i am very well aware on data usage. Sister used new connection only for mails i.e. also very less number and facebook page visit. In 3GB i can download 5 good quality movies i.e. huge or 1000 Mp3 songs.

    This is absolutely fraud by TATA TELESERVICES
