Hi,

I changed the plan on 9 or 11 of Dec 2011 and customer care executive told me that it would be activated from Next billing cycle but when I received the bill amount is being charged from the same date where the service was not activated from that date.

When I called CC to revert it back they said yes it should not be charged from this date but I cannot do anything I will forward the request and when I call back to confirm about the request they says nothing can be done now. This is a complete fraud.
