Internet charges without notification. I have been being charged Rs. 5/day, internet pack deactivated though.
I do have well confirmed MSG from IDEA mentioning your internet pack deactivated.
IDEA have got better rights to charge people without notifications.
I took this matter with their customer care executives too but most of the times I got the reply: "System down hai, we can't provide you any details now".
Please help me.
