I have been used reliance data card since 5 years. But in the last month I changed my previous tariff plan to 3GB plan with monthly rental of Rs850.00. For this month I got the bill amount of Rs 1600.00 where I have sure not used that much data, My one request why should I pay my bill amount that I have not used it , so that I have raised a complaint against it and then after one of reliance customer care guy called me and asked to pay only Rs1200.00 and with providing some option to take other tariff plan as 5GB for Rs 750.00. But I need a confirmation so that I can pay my bill amount of Rs 1200.00. I need to get this confirmation ASAP otherwise I will look to buy other product as since long time no body contacted me even I raised number of request/complaint. There are two option to me :
1. I will pay Rs1200.00 and go to take Rs750 plan for 5GB then after for extra use only it will slow the speed without extra charge as per reliance guy contacted me .
2. I will pay my monthly actual bill of Rs 850 and close the account.

I look forward your reply ASAP.
