    Hello,

    I have been holding a reliance netconnect card internet connection for almost one year now. Their service has been absolutely bad from the first day I started using. In spite of repeated complaints about their network, nothing much happened. I got absolutely bugged with their service and exorbitant billing that I decided to cancel my connection (I knew I would be left with a useless Reliance netconnect datacard for which I could not find any buyers). I paid my final bill on the 17th of November towards the total outstanding of INR 2423 vide HDFC cheque No: 0029317. I had spoken to the reliance people and they assured me that my connection would be cancelled.

    Since past three days, Reliance Netconnect people have kept on calling me and demanding I pay bill for period of November. I keep telling that Reliance customer care had told me on the 17th of November that my connection would be cancelled, but they just don't seem to listen. They are now asking me to pay atleast the rental in spite of my connection being cancelled and in spite of me not having used the internet for even a single second. The tone with which their people talk to me is threatening. I really request that someone help me from this demoniac Reliance. I just dont know to get rid of them.

    very vry wrost neywork.. please help me.. how to sale it back.. i hav taken 2 days back.. they told 3.1mbps... its coming only 150 to 250 kbps..

    In spite of sending mails to their nodal officer and other top brass, Reliance customer support still continues to mentally harass me. I keep telling them that I have cleared all my dues long back and that I had requested cancellation immediately thereafter, to no avail. I really wonder if they have a system in place at all. I definitely intend to drag them to the court for all the trouble they are causing.

    Same problem. Have paid bill and closed my connection(9321624672) on 14-nov-2011. On phone they conveyed will be closed in 7 to 14 days and will receive email confirmation. No confirmation but sent me bill for next cycle where they closed connection on 19-nov-2011 and reactivated on 24-Nov-2011 with argument that someone field visted me and i confirmed to continue(baseless argument). Have raised the issue here since more than 15 days but poor india legal system, straight forward fraud/cheating case closure also takes months. Unnecessary harassment still continue to me they closed connection now and sending me another bill and call comes to confirm that am i received the bill or not? rate custome care service of RCOM? but no call for issue/concerns/tickets..Awaiting admin of this site to step in for all RCOM issues...
