Poor Internet service of TATA Photon

    Unhappy Poor Internet service of TATA Photon

    Dear sir,
    This complaint is regarding to poor performance and service of tata photon no.9290318977.

    I am using this device since from 2009, from the beginning I am facing problems of low speed, I have raised many complaints via email and on phone, their representative visit my place clear the 'temp' files and simple settings, which i used to do regularly, even they have format my system three time, mentioned this may cause due to operating system after all these stupid doings, even they didn't solved, and that person suggested me to inform their people to increase tower frequency at my area, i called and informed but there is no use, finally i stopped the service since from February, now their persons calling and harassing me to pay dues. Even before i have informed them i wouldn't pay any amount, if problem is not solved, that time they agreed. But now they calling and coming to my home frequently for the dues.

    Please suggest me what to do, I have with me those emails which i have raised complaints and service requests.

    Default Complaint regarding tataphoton+internet services

    SIR, I have purchased a new Tata Photon+ device on December5,2011.Browsing speed is normal and Download speed is horrible such that it takes one week for an anti-virus software of 300M.B.What's the use of using such a horrible internet service?????I want to know whether there is a refundable fees for return of this device?Please mail to me sir.....My e-mail ID:kittu.kishore64@gmail.com
