My name is avinash Kumar Sinha,i stay in Kishangarh,i had done the online booking for new broadband connection and i also received a call from some MTNL agent(Manoj-9968351010) and he asked me what documents i can provide to MTNL ,I said that i can give you the Rent agreement which has been made between me & owner of my flat Mr.Rai Singh.

But his reply was very stunning for me he said that rent agreement has no value he aslo want the adress proof of my owner,i said him that even i have opend my account in SBI bank or i have a gas connection on the basis of that then why you are saying that owner adress proof is also required even MTNL giving broadband & lanline connection on the basis of rent agreement because it is considerd as a adress proof for a working person in delhi.

i must say the MTNL agent donot have the manners & etiquets to talk a customer,he thinks he is deciding authority to say yes or no to customer.

i will request you to please look into the very serious matter and instruct MTNL customer to coperate with the customer & reply me what should i do?

sir, I have complained regarding network problem in mtnl delhi broad band services. complain has been lodged five to six times in apr month 2012 but no one came to attend the complain. Every time they are talking some one will visit your home but nobody till date visited to my home. I have also complaint to GM complain cell but no response came till now. my tele. no. is 011-26054762. kindly do the needful thing.

My Mtnl Internet connection at Sai Health Care 37 / 8 Gali 7 Arya Nagar Delhi -110092 is not working since 10 DAYS. Even after many complaints, no one is responding.They even change the complaint status as solved on server. But the reality is not that. The problem have not been solved even after telephonic requests/complaints to the Area Manager and as such we are changing to Airtel broadband
