Hello Airtel Executive,
I am having Airtel Broadband from last 1 year (No - 080-40958200 A/c no - 16321275). I have been using 899/- Unlimited broadband plan all along. Suddenly on last September, I got a huge bill around 5000/- for the period of August to September. Since then I have written around hundreds of mails, called several times but the issue is unresolved. Initially they were not accepting their fault but now they realized but from last 3 months they are keep on telling my issue (4059518) has been forwarded to relevant team and they would get back to me and there is some technical problem blah blah.... But I am quite sure that nobody is working for this issue. Moreover, several of my friends in Bangalore experienced similar kind of issues and leaving Airtel. I just want to inform you that service of your billing department in Bangalore is just pathetic and I would suggest you to root out the problem and fix it immediately. Otherwise, you are going to loose customers very soon as many broadband providers are coming to market now a days. Please do something and resolve my issue asap as I want to get out of your mess by paying the exact amount.
