i am Nishal Shah from Surat, I have been using Hathway since 8 to 9 months. I am having a yearly plan which include free unlimited Sundays. Now the scene is that, 17GBs have been allowed to me as a yearly usage and as per company's scheme i get 1 GB per refrence. I have provided same to hathway executive and was liable to get 2 GBs but it had been more than 5 months company didn't provided me, mean while my 17 GBs got over now company is asking me to renew my account with next year subscription to get those 2 GB and they are not ready to give me UNLIMITED SUNDAYS which i was liable to get if they would have deposited GBs earlier before my account expired.
Please guide me what to do?
