How To Choose A Good Service Desk I am now doing online business now, and get tired of customer service job. Should I buy a help desk software? I hear someone said that iKode help desk is good, so i want to know whether it works? Anyone can give me some reasonable advices? Thanks a lot!

Free Start-Up edition I honestly would recommend FocalScope (add .com extension for url), if your online business is small, you can use the free startup edition (no feature limitations). I have been using FocalScope for my online business for 7 months, it works excellently. I especially like the live chat feature so I can directly interact with customers. Definitely put this one on your list!

yes its good helpdesk. iKode help desk is good. if your business is small then try using free editions which had got almost all features
