my telephone is working properly and i can hear the dial tone but since 4th november my broadband is not working.
the link like does not get stable.
i complained the ustomer service of mtnl at 1504 and they forwarded the complaint to the dwarka sector-6 exchange.since then it's been more than 15 days and nothing has been done till now.i have contacted the exchange and visited the exchange also informed the area manager but still nothing has been done.now i have run out of places where i can complain.everytime i go to the exchange or call up the area manager they say they'll send someone.but till now no one has come.I would request you to please look into this matter and let me know what can be done.
