    Default Complaint Against Airtel broadband dept

    Hi,

    I have applied for Airtel broad band connection for my residence on 3rd Nov 11 ( Submitted form ,cheque,documents) to Mr Sudhir (9818795864) from Airtel Sales dept. I have called up Mr Sudhir and customer care (121) several times and have raised complaints with Airtel customer care (121) 5-6 times . Every time I raise a complaint with customer care , they give me one complaint and giving false assurance that I will be getting connection by evening. This keeps on happening for the whole week from 6th Nov till 13th Nov. After repeated several complaints/escalations , I got the connection on 13th Nov 11 @ 3.00 PM.

    Date of Modem delivery : 8th Nov 11
    Date of connection : 13th Nov 11

    I have been literally harrased by Airtel customer service team and have written a mail to Airtel (121@airtel.in), nodal,appellate and senior management (sbm@bharti.com) on 14th Nov for compensation for harrasment faced by me but they havnt responded .

    I request consumer court to take this forward.

    Default Complaint On Airtel Broadband

    I am R.Mathivanan-Ref.No.0431-4052095 from Trichy

    I Have Complaints following here................

    1.Last 60 days i am not using airtel broadband because of modem failure.

    2.Nobody has not take action of my complaint.

    3. Then i put surrender req.ref.no.7482678. But i am recieving bill for not using.

    4.My deposit amount has not in airtelbroadband account.
