Hi,
I am Manjunath Reddy HN, bought a Airtel 3g usb modem (9686709287) for pc, first six days it was working fine, on 18th november suddenly the speed become 40kpbs from 3mb, i had contacted customer care so many times, every time when i called i get complaint ref id, but after that no one has taken action on that, i got more than 10 complaint reference id's from them, i did check setting and all as they told me but there was no use. Then on 21st i had written a mail to nodal officer n to appellete.kk i got reply from them saying within 48 hours it will be resolved. i got a call from technical team on 25 n they said within 24 hours it will be resolved.
but not resolved. again on 28 i called them bloody people again telling 48 hours, 24 hours cock n bull stories.
whenever they are unable to answer my questions they server down, supervisor not there, of transferring to senior(there is no difference btwn senior n trainee)
it is affected to my job,
