Hi,

I need an urgent money transfer to my party, so Yesterday at 3pm I added their account number and name, and approved from the High S. Pwd from SMS alert.
Then the status of the beneficiary was updated to "Verification Pending",
I called to SBI Customer Care, they told me it will take 16 hours for approval from sbi authorities, it was yesterday 3pm.
Then today at 10am i logged into my account and found that the beneficiary which I added yesterday instead of being "Active", but in turn that beneficiary was not their in the list at all....Disappeared!!!
When I called up sbi customer care, they said they don't have any information regarding this...

Now my credit in market is at stake, or will be disgraced just because of poor customer support of State Bank Of India.
