I have purchased a Sennheiser Cx200 ear phones from Indiaplaza.com. Order #:IN0207110217. I have used it for 2 months and the right bud of the ear phone is not working. The product has a warranty of 6 months. So I raised a complaint on this and asked for a new product as warranty period is not expired. I have dispatched the product in very good condition to them. Courier tracking number DTDC: B77406312.




I didn't receive the new product even after a week i have sent the product. When I checked back with them , them asked for 2 days of time. I waited for 2 more days and again checked with them regarding the status and they told that product is not available in the stock and also they have received a numerous complaints on the same product. Hence they stopped buying the product from dealer and so they wont be able to give a replacement. I didn't agree to what the customer care is saying and questioned them whether they are selling a duplicate product. I fought with them for more than half an hour and I have asked for the same product as the warranty period is not yet expired.




I used to call the customer care every 3 days and they used tell within 2 days the product will be dispatched. The same drama continued for one and half month and finally asked them for refund through check and not the store credit as I don't want buy anything from this site again. I didn't receive any refund or any status updates on this. I checked back with them again on this and they said they'll get back to me soon which they never did.


This has been a very bad experience for me and the bad thing with them is we need to check for the status every time and then only they gonna do something. They gonna give some kind of excuses every time we call them. I have spent nearly 200 Rs by calling the customer care.


I feel this is one of the worst eCommerce sites and should be banned or should take some kind of action on this kind of sites.
