I am hereby forced to write a complaint against Airtel Broadband connection as this is the problem I am facing for the past one year and even though addressing the problem to the concerned company the problem is yet to be resolved. I am using an Airtel Broadband connection for internet purpose and with it I have been provided the voice service also as the company issued a telephone. I had subscribed for a 512kbps speed with unlimited download for my internet connection. This was further upgraded to 2Mbps plan later, without being informed to be ( neither a hard copy or soft copy was sent to me regarding this updation). It was good and i was not disappointed with the service because I was getting my due benefits, but suddenly for the past one year my internet speed drastically gets reduced to 256kbps after just 5 days of using the 2Mbps speed every month. I gave a couple of complaints to the airtel customer support but they do not seem to be worried of my problem and no resolution has been given to me. They only call be to inform to pay the bill, which is being paid regularly. Even after taken payments of Rs 1800 approx. per month I am not getting the desired service. Kindly look into the matter and help me get my case solved at the earliest.
