good day to you

i want to lay a formal complaint against website service provider alibaba.com they offered me a free site to adv my products,i did put in some ads,but i did not make any sales or i received any money from any one ,what i want to know from alibaba why they took me of their site

and i have a another problem with them when i look for goods on the web i come across alibabas web site when i try to contact that person they tell me that person is not aveaible.please try and sort this matter for me
