Hello

I have a classified website free-classified-ads.in and i signed up with xpressup.com for small business seo. They promised to get my site in in 1st page of google within 15-20 days and i paid Rs 5000.
Its almost 25 days today and my site is still on 2nd page.

When i called them they told me to wait 10 days more as the competitor is more.

I want refund.. Please help me to get back.
