I ordered a blackberry flip on 29 Sep 11 from M/S DEALSANDYOU (Order no. 252480) and paid thru my credit card. It was not delivered within 21 working days even after two telephonic assurances. I contacted them again on 29 Oct 11 and 03 Nov 11, and was told on both occasions that all will be sorted out within 3 more days. Nothing happened. In the meanwhile, the money (As part of my credit card dues) was deducted from my main account. Then, on 8 Oct 11, I became a little strict, so I was informed that there was some inventory problem with the vendor hence the company was not able to supply the item, and was given the option to ask for refund. Seeing no other alternative, I agreed and asked for a refund. I was THEN told that a refund would be done within 8 working days. Still no action was done. On 17 Nov 11, I was deeply assured by a lady that she will personally see that my refund will be through by 20 Nov 11 and that she will personally give me a feedback on my mobile. I agreed and waited, but Once again there was no further action. Finally, today, when I contacted them, I was told that there was no surety on refund timings, and if I wanted, I could wait for the vendor to supply the item!!! This is shocking, and in fact, should this not come under the cyber crimes law? There must be several thousand people like me whose money may be earning interest illegally for the dealsandyou people. Please advise me on how to proceed against them, and take strict action against them.
