Fraud Docomo charged wrongly for net browsing. Hi , my no is 07418543390 .
I activated net-pack for Rs 68 ( for 2.5 GB ) , but for my net browsing they have charged Rs. 72 , although mybalance net usage 1.3 GB is left.
In Past also i had sudden decrement in balance beacuse of these reason but never noticed.
Such a cheap -tactics by a company like 'Tata Docomo' is shameful.
Also , this cheap act of their does not end here , when I'm trying to contact their Customer care ( on 12525 ) , they ask to press 9 to transfer my call to CCE , but as i do it , they say wrong entry.
Tata Teleservice is Gone , now Docomo wil surely go too.
