Hi ,

Am having a hathway connection : 779401,kandivali East.My internet service was unavailable from friday night. When I called up the customer service(Tech department) of the Hathway Internet services,they informed me that the services have been deactivated, which came as a shock to me as there was no intimation regarding the same and also the I dint receive any bill. And that too it was done on a weekend as most of the times the customer service is non responsive during the weekends(nice plot).

I paid the bill on saturday and tried to call up the billing department but no response. Tried for more than 20 times but all the time it rings no one picks up and the call is disconnected.This happened today too .Called more than 20 times, wasted my money for nothing , no response. Got fed up.

Please do the needed as this is not a right way to treat the customer who pays for their services. If they cant satisfy their customer then they should not be in the business.
