Hi,
I am using BSNL broadband from almost 3 years. My land line number is 0251-2443725. I m facing following problem.

My broadband connection remains stable for only 1 min and then connection drops. Then again its get connected remains stable for 1 min and then again connection drops. I am facing this problem since 27th of october,2011 till date. I have registered complained for this issue. My complaint ID is 1004420600.
I have complained about this at various levels from your branch office to your Nodal officer (Mr. Paul from Kalyan) . Mr. Paul is also not showing any seriousness to solve this problem. Even he gave me number of another person and ASKED ME to call that person
(Mr. Pathare) and said "ISME MAI KYA KAR SAKTA HOON. MAI BHI Mr. PATHARE KO HI CALL KARKE APKI COMPLAINT KE BARE MAI BATAUNGA."

I have one question: "If Nodal officer cant do anything then whats the use of nodal officer?".

Still i called Mr. Pathare he said he will ask about my complaint in branch office (Nandivli office in Dombivli-421 201). When i tried to contact him after half an hour i.e at 2.30 pm, to know status of my complain, no one picked up phone. I gave ring till 4 o'clock, but no one answered to my call. I even tried to call in my branch office i.e in Nandivli office, but they also didn't answered.

When your line man came, he checked my line which took him 2 to 3 hours still he could not find problem. And next day when i called them to ask now what they are going to do, in reply they said "He has wasted 3 hours to identify problem but they are unable to find". If it takes 3hrs to them to identify problem and still they are not able to find out, is this waste of time?. Forget about 3 hrs, till date i have given them 19 Day and still they are unable to find out whats the problem. what you want to say about that?
