    Default Airtel Broadband services forcefully took money

    I was using airtel broadband services with 6 months subscription(Jan 2011 to June 2011. land line number 07940024516). In the month of June 2011, the subscription was due for renewal.
    Before that, in the month of may 2011 I received call from customer care - Airtel for the renewal of the 6 months broadband plan. I requested them to change the plan to monthly subscription plan 999.

    Schema of Events

    May 2011
    The scheme was not changed and I received a mail for 6 months plan demanding Rs. 5577 on 28th May 2011.
    On the same day i wrote a mail to ebill@airtel.in AND RECEIVED NO REVERT
    I FORWARDED the same mail to the nodal office of airtel on 31st May 2011 AND RECEIVED NO REVERT(Mail Attached)
    June 2011
    I FORWARDED the same mail to the nodal office of airtel on 9th June 2011 AND RECEIVED NO REVERT (Mail attached)
    I FORWARDED the same mail to the nodal office of airtel on 30th June 2011 AND RECEIVED
    REVERT CONFIRMING THE SCHEME CHANGE(Mail attached).
    July 2011
    I RECEIVE AN SMS from airtel stating that if I don’t clear the dues as per the old scheme, the services will be discontinued.
    I RESPOND to the sms on mail to the nodal office once again reminding them about the scheme change on 19th July 2011 AND RECEIVED NO REVERT (Mail attached)
    THE SERVICES ARE DISCONTINUED
    I RECEIVE A RECOVERY OF DUES PHONE CALL FROM SAI SETTERS and I forward them the chain mails for the same.

    I RECEIVE VARIOUS RECOVERY OF DUES PHONE CALLS
    Nov 2011
    I RECEIVE CALL FROM DELHI POLICE STATION that a case is registered against my name and in case I don’t deposit Rs. 9320 against my account, I will be ARRESTED.

    I am forced to make the payment ON 10 NOV 2011.

    I dont understand how you have written a mail confirming the scehme
    change when the local office is harassing me for the old scheme.
    I have received a sms mentioning the servicves will be stopped from 22nd July.
    If so happens, will call for legal actions.

    I am looking forward for help to register a case against Airtel Broadband Services.
    Help me drag the company in court. I have all the supporting to prove that the company has wrongfully taken away money from me.

    I have receved another bill.... please help me out.
    the services have been stopped since 4 months and i am receiving monthly bills even after paying 9000 bucks against 2000 bucks.
