Hi I made a recharge of Rs. 599 on my Reliance CDMA through online recharge site "freecharge.in" They gave me an offer that I can select promotional coupons worth Rs. 600 which they will deliver on my address. They charged me Rs. 10 for delivery charges. It's been over a month, but I haven't received any coupons. I have also written an email to the site, but haven't received any reply from them. The site "freecharge.in" is doing this to hundreds of customers daily. Few of them are in my office. They are charging Rs. 10 as delivery changes to hundreds of customers daily, but not delivering anything to them.

I want to file a case against them. Please let me know.
