    Angry Complaint against IRCTC internet booking services

    I want to know what are the technical faults in IRCTC website which have not been rectified for so long. Its a pain in the neck to book tickets by IRCTC. Always the session gets expired. Sometimes it seems that these are not faults, these are intentional and its because of these problems people resort to sites like makemytrip.com even for a simple ticket booking and have to pay more for no more services. Even when makemytrip is also using IRCTC database still its 100 times faster than their own website. Why is it so? Is it deliberately done and if not, why havent the problems been resolved till now?

    yesterday I booked E ticket through my login id ja_samad from dingugal to chennai. for 26/11/2011 but untill I did. receive my e ticket in my mail or booking history but the amount was deducted in my acct the details are

    amuont detected - 438
    no off passenger -2
    passengers name Abdul samad , Abbas
    train timing - 23.55
    login id. ja_samad
    payment through - axis bank

    Hello
    I´ve been charged for ticket train that was on Waiting list. We finally couldnt travel, and i was suppossed not being charged for it.
    I ask an urgent refund on my VISA card.

    I just want to know who is the take care of IRCTC website I think he should left the job from IT department.. The IRCTC website is very poor, very slow its painful to book a ticket from IRCTC.. Some time if I booked the ticket than I have not receive my booking confirmation msg..

    IRCTC I request you to behalf of the whole civilization who suffering from your bad service please improve your quality hire new GOOD EDUCATED TECHNICAL STAFF other wise People will abuse you or can loos the trust from IRCTC...

    Thumbs down Irctc bookig slow from 8 am onwards... Why

    The IRCTC website is very poor, very slow its painful to book a ticket from IRCTC. AT 8 A.M. IN THE MORNING.
    I want to know what are the technical faults in IRCTC website which have not been rectified for so long. Its a pain in the neck to book tickets by IRCTC. Always the session gets expired. or Service unable and what not......Sometimes it seems that these are not faults, these are intentional and its because of these problems people resort to sites like makemytrip.com even for a simple ticket booking and have to pay more for no more services. Even when makemytrip is also using IRCTC database still its 100 times faster than their own website. Why is it so? Is it deliberately done to facilitate the AGEnts BOOKING and if not, why havent the problems been resolved till now? All tickets should be booked through Net only....and ID should be compulsory while booking the tickets...

    today I booked E ticket through my login id rudey88 from Nizzamuddin to Dewas. for 15/05/2012 but still i don't receive my e ticket in my mail or booking history but the amount was deducted from my debit card the details are

    amuont detected - 940
    no off passenger -3
    passengers name- indra nagar,mukesh,kishan patel
    train- intercity exp
    train no.-12416
    train timing - 22:15
    login id.- rudey88
    payment through - citi bank and my debit card is of bank of baroda



    kindly take some action against irctc as soon as possible.

    Default Horrible website for tatkal ticket for public

    Which king of technology the IRCTC is using is very horrible is any one want to book tatkal ticket at 8:00am, he will get his ticket at 9:00 am... just want to know who is the take care of IRCTC website I think he should left the job from IT department..     Default e ticket tatkal booking from irctc

    Respected Sir/Madam,
    This is a very major issue that why the irctc.co.in site has been blocked in the morning at 8AM.Please resolve this problem as soon as possible.As the passengers are facing a major problem in traveling by train.I will be very thankful to you.

    Exclamation IRCTC website is too slow

    Who takes care of irctc website?
    it is too slow, IT takes long to load a single page.

    we can not rely on it for booking the tickets.

    sir,

    i try to book a ticket in irctc from bangalore to tuticorin in mysore express ticket on 17.05.2012 not booked due to internet disconnecting,but my bank balance is deducted i loss around thousand five hundred rupees . my user name is:rajaca00 ,please check my status and refund earlier

    Question Internet reservation

    This site will not open easily. If we try for 10 times it will open for one time. That to in the middle again it will disconnect . Rectify it as early as possible . Otherwise the purpose of irctc will not be fulfilled

    Lightbulb Close down Irctc Online booking

    This is request from me that close down irctc internet booking services because their is no use of it to normal peoples it was much better before 3, 4 years we had availed the this service in much easier way but now it has become to complicated
    1st the server gets slow.
    2nd the site gets disconnected in middle of booking tickets.

    That is why its my suggestion to close down this services.

    this site is very very bad and we are unable to book the ticket on site any time
    Govt should take a necessary action about the same
