Reliance netconnect+ complaint

    Default Reliance netconnect+ complaint

    dear sir/madam
    my name is swapnil kamthe. i am from pune. mdn no. 9371821661
    i would love to share this horrible experience with you.
    guy name mohsin cam to axis bank viman nagar branch pune with this netconnect said 1000 bucks rnconnect thing.
    when he wanted the pay order he never left bank for 3 hours. after that without asking for my current address he did mention my village's address as my communication address, when i asked him he said no problem u'll get bills on ur mail id so dnt worry.
    i said ok. then after 5 days he came to bank with net connect said here it is it is already activated, go and enjoy. i came home but it was not activated. then it said call cust care. i calld up der the guy tried to activate it but somehow it didnt work. then next day i calld this guy mohsin he said no problem i'll go in the office m on my way i'll activate it. after 2 days i calld him up he said arey ur area where ur address is mentioned is slum area/rural are smthng, so negative verification aaya hai give me ur light bill 1 din mein activate karvaata hoo. after that next day some other guy from same office came nad said acha you are swapnil your form is in my drawer give me copy of electricity bill i'll activate it. i did give him the copy. after 15 days still my reliance net connect is in my bag only.
    that guy mohsin didnt even kept follow up that he ll activate it or not. such sick people are damaging the goodwill of reliance. i am already reliance broadband user, i thought may be this thing will b more exciting and good but anyways. when someone told me on 1st bill will get generated i said for bill to get generated the usb device shud be activated which is not activated.
    (goli deneme to iss aadmi ka jawab nahi, ha bus branhc hi aa rahaa hoo, abhi yerawad mein hoo, arey 1 customer k paas hoo abhi aa rahaa hoo, arey tu tension mat le aaj ho jaayega, ye kya abhi office jaatehi activate karvaata hoo tera device)
