Hello i am Rajesh i have bsnl evdo data card.Bsnl said the average speed is 2.4mbps.But i am receiving average speed of 8-10 KBPS(). Some time the speed is too slow that i can't open any web page. Whenever i contact customer care,after 2 days they said that they have solved my problem,but nothing is solved.It's totally cheating the customer.
