Have raised the issue to airtel appellate authority and got immediate response saying issue will be addressed before 2 days. No use, waiting for the last 7 days, issue remains same, noone from airtel had stepped in so to address the issue.

Now the real question arises here
Are these nodal officers, appellate authorities setup in airtel are bogus?
If they really exist, do they work unbiased?

Company shall start working not only to get certifications but need to maintain their standards.

In my case, my complaint with airtel is in existence since September 5, 2011 unresolved.
