I hav been using relaince broadband connection fr past 2 mnths but since 22 nd sep the connection has not been working. I hav complained to customer care hellz times but the problem remains as it is. coustomer care executives just trying to make me satisfied by saying that the problem is in process and will be resolve soon but they failed every time .my bussiness sufferd from a critical state.i aksed for the nodal offcer no.of delhi and in reply they provided me the no. of gujrat nodal officer and disconnected the phone.Each n every time they kept saying the problem is in resolving state , one and half month had already been passed bt no action has been taken yet.and i aksked them fr consumer court they said go ahead and do whtevr you want we cant resolve your problem. i hav submitted the demainding billing amount in advance .

So I request you to please take strict action against .
