I made payment of rs 2425 to activate (UNLTD 1949)quarterly plan of speed of 600 kbps in sep 11.
but tikona have activated a wrong plan XUNLTD1399 which is of 1Mbps and a monthly plan.
This is a corporate plan. I am usring the interner for my personal user and not for commercial use.
After that I have started sending mail to customer care and nodal officer of tikona since 13 sep.
Till date I have send them so many mails and talked to customer care many a time.
Still they are not ready to change my plan and charging me for their mistake.
That is not fair. If they not resolve my problem I have to go for consumer court for their cheating and harassment.
