Hi,
I have taken a deal from Dealandyou with order details : Order no : 199671 on 4th August 2011.
I neither received the product delivered. When complained about the same, I got a reply saying the consignment is lost and the amoiunt that I had paid using my Credit card online will be refunded. This never happened. I have been following up with the Dealandyou team for nearly 3 months and I always see some sort of conviencing answer from them. Till date I have not received any refund from them.
I'm attaching the mail chain that I have sent them.
I would like to complain against them and take it furter.
