I received an email from Airtel, saying I can have add-on number facility and they can issue a single consolidated bill for my postpaid connection. Based upon the assurance, I bought a new Airtel and asked me to provide a consolidated bill.

But, surprisingly after buying, now they are saying not able to provide consolidated bill and they issued me a separate bills.

Don't we think, Airtel is cheating the customer and providing false advertisement / assurance?
