I paid for a marchant payment gateway account before approx 4 month. Company name - Ebs.in, based on mumbai.
Payment amount : Rs.6000 + 10.35% service tax.
After that I paid Approx : Rs.2400 + 10.35% service tax as a yearly fees.

Also I deliver a terms deed(Rs.400 cost), and other lots of documents to process my order.

After everything they activate our account after approx 1 month with few payment gateway facility. But till now (approx 4 month over) main debit card and credit card payment gateway not available.

I am trying to contact them everyday, but always they said that that person is busy or same info - from bank side some trouble available. So pleas wait few days.

I am waiting approx 4 month and now think that they are scam and they not able to do anything for me.

I am ready to do anything against this type of fraud activity. But I need kolkata police support and help.

Please help me to recover my money + to recover my documents.

I have few email also as a proof against that company + my payment proof.

Please help me.
