I live in Raipur. I took the WI-Fi connection from Tikon in sep 2011. I was told that I will get the connection in a week's time. I paid them the booking amount of Rs. 1213/-. But after that there was no response from their side. I kept calling them, they gave me a temporary connection which sometimes worked and most of the times remained disconnected. I kept complaining for the entire month but no one solved my problem.
In July 2011 I asked them to disconnect my connection and give me my advance back. They booked my complaint on phone and told me that I will get my money back by the end of August 2011. I then mailed them to refund me the money. They replied me back that it is under process. But till date I have not received any mail or any call neither I got my money back.

I want to take action against them so that this thing is not repeated to any other person. Please process my complaint urgently.[/QUOTE]

MY TIKONA A/C No : IS 1101720880, DUE TO POOR NETWORK , I HAVE PAID MY ALL DUES AND REQUESTED FOR DISCONNECTING LINE TO CUSTOMERCARE BY EMAIL. BUT STILL I AM GETTING BILL SINCE I AM NOT USING THAT.AND I AM GETTING PHONE CALLS FROM AGENCIES TO PAY THE BILL AND PEOPLE COMING TO HOUSE FOR THE SAME.

HENCE I HERE BY CONFIRM AGAIN THAT , I HAVE ALREADY PAID ALL DUES AND REQUESTED FOR DISCONNECTION.ANY BILL TIKONA WILL SEND TO ME WILL BE IGNORED BY ME AND WILL TORN AND PUT THE SAME IN TO DUST BIN.

I applied for tikona internet connection on 11th
feb 2011. A person named Ajeet kumar Pandey did the demo & took the payment
of Rs-1213. On 16th feb. the connection was to be done... An agent
came & tried to do the connection but due to weak signal strength he
said that connection could not be done . So i applied for refund on
16th feb. But no refund has been made uptil today...
The complaint no. Is 1-1709165033..
I also talked to senior supervisor Nikhil.
He said that i have to wait.
But its already 26th november 2011... and still i havent got any refund...
i have called the customer care once every 2 weeks and they said everytime to wait for 1 week...
Kindly please look into the matter & help me get the refund....
