I live in Raipur. I took the WI-Fi connection from Tikon in sep 2011. I was told that I will get the connection in a week's time. I paid them the booking amount of Rs. 1213/-. But after that there was no response from their side. I kept calling them, they gave me a temporary connection which sometimes worked and most of the times remained disconnected. I kept complaining for the entire month but no one solved my problem.
In July 2011 I asked them to disconnect my connection and give me my advance back. They booked my complaint on phone and told me that I will get my money back by the end of August 2011. I then mailed them to refund me the money. They replied me back that it is under process. But till date I have not received any mail or any call neither I got my money back.
I want to take action against them so that this thing is not repeated to any other person. Please process my complaint urgently.[/QUOTE]
